When we're frustrated or unhappy - especially about our weight - we tend to reach for food. Keeping track of what we eat and when we eat - and why we're eating, if possible, allows us to see a more accurate picture of what's happening, and to identify patterns that may help us alter behaviors. This wil help weight loss efforts.
