Our statistical observation research,
done regularly over a six month period in dozens of locations,
reveals that only 20% of people observed were at the appropriate
weight, and that of that 20%, only 20% were fit; this
means that only 4 in 100 people are fit. There were some cases
of overweight subjects who appeared to be fit though overweight;
this is actually preferrable to being at the right weight without
muscle, but the small numbers do not significantly impact our
research.
